Technical  Characteristics  and  technical  Check  valve:

1-frame and   cap   are  made  of  cast iron and  dactyl  GGG40 according  to the assigned standard.

2-Clapper  was  made  of  cost  iron and dactyl  based on the  above – mentioned  standard with special  plastic  cover  NBR –EPDM  for different  cases. These  draws  are  relied on  a stainless  steel X20  CR13 whose shutter can  be  easily opened  and closed  because it is  stainless . these  clappers were  designed  in  such a way  that if defected , there is no need  to replace  it can  be returned to  the  other  side .  

3-Screws  were  made  of galvanization  whose  place is in a position  were screws  will  be easily   fitted  in the  bung  and  are  covered  by  sealers not  to connect  with  moisture  and  this  will  help us to  replace  pieces of   used unilateral calves .

4-These  calves  were  painted in  paint  furnaces  based  on  electrostatic  approach  with  epoxy  powder   colour   with   thickness   over  250 micron.

5-The  calves  of  this  corporation  were  designed  in  the most  simple  way  and  with  high  efficacy  in  such  a way  that  its  clapper  will  be completely   opened.

Usage: They  are  used  to prevent  the  fluid  in   the  systems  of  constructional  foundations  and  the  lines  of   water  carrier  for  cold   and warm  water .
