Our unit was established in the year 1985 to cater to the needs of Core Engineering Sectors like Cement, Mining, Mineral Processing, Construction, Power Generation, Paper and other Heavy Engineering Industries.

In 2010, we have ventured into the manufacturing of Centrifugal Castings & Precision Investment Castings. We are now meeting the requirements of our customers in Investment Castings and Centrifugal Castings also.

In the field of Investment Castings, at present we are catering to the following industries:

• Pharmaceutical Machinery
• Orthopaedic Implants
• Food Processing Machinery
• Dairy Machinery
• Hardware & Glass Fittings
• Other General Engineering items

In the above segments, we can make castings from piece weight of a few grams to 50 kgs. with a maximum linear dimension of 400mm. These castings we can make in 300 Series Stainless Steels, 400 Series Stainless Steels, Nickle based Super Alloys, Low Alloy Steels, Plain Carbon Steels, Tool Steels or any other grade as per the customer’s requirement.

Our manufacturing capacity for Investment Castings is 50 tons per month. The machines consist of an Induction furnance of 125 kW with 2 crucibles, 8 Wax Injection Presses along with other process machines and grinding machines. We are having well qualified and experienced Technical Personnel. Since our unit is 25 years young, our unit is fully equipped with requisite facilities for quality production and inspection including Optical Emission Spectrometer (24 channels), Chemical Analysis metallurgical Microscope / Universal Tensile Testing machine, Brinnel hardness Tester, Ultrasonic Tester, Testing Machine, Liquid penetrant facility and  Magnetic Particle Testing Machine and other  Inspection facilities. We have a fully equipped in-house machine shop consisting of milling machines & lathe machines.
