Carbon Bushes In Two Halves Used In Stoker Arm For Boilers :

Copper impregnated carbon bushes with extremely smooth bore are designed for dry running at elevated temperatures. These are used on front and rear shafts in coal fired stoker arm boilers as single bush or split bush i.e. in two halves to protect the shaft from wearing. These copper impregnated carbon graphite bushes are mainly used in paper mills, sugar factories and power generation plants. They are used as replacment of cast iron bushes.
