BEARING SPECICATION:

1. BEARING MATERIALS

The rings and balls of TUNGTAI deep groove ball bearings are made of refined high carbon chrome bearing steel Gcr15(AISI 52100:Jis Suj2) or stainless steel 9Cr8(440C) Other materials are also avilable upon request.

2. LIMITING SPEEDS

The limiting speeds in the tables are applicable to bearings of standard design and subjected to normal loads, ie c/p greater than or equal to 0.2 approximately. When speeds are more than 70% of the standard limiting speed, oil or grease used in bearing lubrication must have high speed characteristics.

3. BEARING ACCURACY

The accuracy of TUNGTAI deep groove ball bearings is divided into four grades according to National Standard of P.R.of China :GB/T307.1-94 and ISO standard.

4. RADIAL CLEARANCE

The radial clearances of TUNGTAI deep groove ball bearings are according to National Standard of PR of China: GB4604-93 which is adopted from ISO5753-1991 equivalently, dividing into five groups namely Group 2, Normal Group, Group 3, Group 4 and Group 5. 5. LUBRICATION

In general, the lubricating methods are divided into oil or grease lubrication. The brand we use are ESSO, DOW COMING, DU PONT, GENERAL ELECTRIC, MOBIL, SHELL, TEXACO, etc.

(A) OIL

~Suitable for extrmely high operating speeds

~Good for assembly where the bearings are located in the same housing with oil lubricated components.

~Suitable for extremely high operating temperatures.

~Good where a central oil system is used for auxiliary machine parts.

~Good where bearing torque requirements are a consideration.

(B) GREASE

~Grease maybe retained in the bearing without an elaborate enclosure.

~Grease give long service without renewal or inpsection.

~Grease increases the effectiveness or dirt exclusion in the enclosure.

~Enclosed sealed bearings are lubricated at the factory
