1.Unique valve seat sealing structure
The valve seat sealing structure with spring load is adopted in order to ensure a long time reliable sealing of ball valve. The seal ring is O ring and the valve seat is fastened by the pressing ring, with small contact area between the sealing surface and the ball, and small opening and closing torque.
2. Automatic pressure relief structure
In case there is an abnormal rise of the pressure in the middle cavity, the medium inside the cavity will through its own thrust, push the valve seat to move backward and realize the automatic pressure relief, so as to ensure the valve security.
3. Blow-out proof stem structure
When the medium passes the valve, the pressure in the middle cavity of valve may push the valve stem out.To avoid such situation, a shaft shoulder is set at the bottom of valve stem. Thus, even in case of fire when the packing and thrust bearing are burnt, the medium pressure in the valve body will make the valve stem shaft shoulder contact closely the back seal of the valve body so as to prevent large amount of media from leaking at the damaged packing and achieve the function of instant sealing.
4. Reliable sealing of valve stem
The seal at the valve stem adopts the combined seal of soft graphite and O ring, which has reliable sealing performance. It reduces the friction torque between valve stem and valve bonnet and saves labor for opening and closing.
5. Antistatic structure
When the valve is operated, because of the friction between the ball and the valve seat, static electricity will be produced and accumulated on the ball . To prevent the accurrence of static spark, a special antistatic device is provided on the valve so as to discharge the electricityaccumulated on the ball.
6.Fireproof structure
When the nonmetal seat is softened and burnt in case of fire or abnormal temperature rise, the speciallly designed valve seat supporting matal sealing surface will form to a metal-to-metal contact with the ball under spring load so as to achieve the function of instant sealing.
7. Auxiliary sealing structure
When the seal parts of valve seat and valve stem are damaged and cased leakage, the grease injection valve can inject sealing grease into the valve so as to play the function of temporary sealing.
8. Double blocking and discharging
When the trunnion mounted ball valve is at the full -close status, the upstream and downstream valve seats will fully block the fluid and the deposition in the middle cavity of valve can be discharged through a discharging device so as to reduce the damage impacted on the sealing surface of valve by the dirty things and prolong the service life of valve.
9. Indication for on and off positions of valves
The wormgear box is provided with an indicator for on and off positions. When the handwheel is rotated clockwise, the valve is at the off position and when the handwheel is rotated counterclockwise , the valve is at the position.
10. Double direction valve with upstream sealing
The trunion mounted ball valve adopts the design principe of upstream sealing with advanced spring pre-tightening assembly of floating valve seat. No matter the valve is under high or low pressure, it can realize the sealing under vacuum condition. Every valve is provided with two valve seats and both directions can be sealed. Therefore, There is no direction limited during the installation. Either of the valve ends can act as the upstream end, so it is a kind of double direction valve.
11. Full bore and reduced bore structures
Full bore or reduced bore structure can be selected according to requirements. The inner diameter of flow passage of the full bore ball valve is same as the inner diameter of the pipeline. Not only the fluid resistance is the smallest, but also the pipe is easy to be cleaned. The fluid resistance of a reduced bore ball valve is much lower than that of a globe valve of same diameter, and its weight 30% lighter than the common ball valve of same diameter. Therefore, it can effectively reduce production cost and price, and has been widely used.
12.Flexiable operation
The valve stem bearing with small friction coefficient and the good lubricating performance is adopted so that the operation torque of valve is greatly reduced. Therefore, even when no sealing grease is provided, the valve can be flexibly operated for a long time.
13. Various operation modes
The operation modes include manual, pneumatic, electric, gas over oil, and hydraulic etc, which can be selcted according to requirements.
