Valve body

In order to meet the need of modern petroleum drilling technology, new mud pimp fittings were deceloped byQingdao zhifeng petroleum equipment co.,ltd through cooperation with china petroleum university(huadong) which have good properties of hightemperature, high pressure resistance, high antifriction and anti sulfur corrosion.

    High quality alloy steels above petroleum standard such as 20CrMnTi, 20CrMnMo, 20CrNiMo and 20Cr2Ni4 were used to make the valve assembly, and newly developed high molecular materials to make the mud pump fittings in order to resist high-temperature, high-pressure, anti friction and sulfur corrosion. The valve assembly manufactured by tsingtao zhifeng petroleum equipment co.ltd ranks the international topclass level!

First set

       Main part materials: 20CrMnTi, valve seal ring: JSR-220S.

       Characteristics: ordinary anti-impaction and anti-compression property

       Application: pump pressure around 18MPa, temperature of cycling mud≤60°C

Second set

      Main part material: 20CrMnTi, valve seal ring: polynurethane or polyether ester

      Characteristics: good anti impaction property, ordinary temperature tolerance, poor anti hydrolysis property

      Application: pump pressure around 20mpa, temperature of cycling mud≤80°C

Third set

      Main part material: 20CrMnMo, Valve seal ring TPF-2

      Characteristics: excellent anti impaction, abrasive wear and sulfur corrosion property, good strength at 80-150°C

      Application: pump pressure 20-30MPa, temperature around 120°C

Fourth set

      Main part material: 20CrNiMo or 20Cr2Ni4, valve seal ring: TPF-3

      Characteristics: excellent anti impaction and high temperature tolerance property,

      Application: high pressure and high temperature and pump F-1600HL,  

      F-2200hl, excellent anti sulfur corrosion.
