Brass carbon sliding bearing(CACC)

CACC is made of castiong bronze and with graphite as soild lubricant. It breaks through the limit of lubrication depending on oil film. During application, oil and powder will be formed by friction heat between solid lubricant and shaft, which can portect shaft from wearing and keep good lubrication perfomance. It is mainly used in rocker arm, cylinder of bull dozer under heavy load and high temperature or low speed and heavy load. Its biggest advantage is good anti-seizing performance even without oil lubrication.

Condition: radial motion, axial motion, radial&axial combined motion.

Occasion: rectilinear motion, non-uniform circular motion, over-loading low-speed circular motion, over-loading semire-volution motion.

Suitable equipment: precision mold base, Plunger in the Plastic Injection Mould, Jaw Crusher bearing etc.
