1.Component & Feature

WON T.R Guide rail is developed by WON R & D center based on knowledge and experience for a long time and
it consists of roller unit and rail.

♦Speed & Noise

Conventional LM Guide uses balls in side. when it moves there are noise and low speed.

In case of TR Guide, balls do not circulate so low noise and high speed are possible.

-Max Speed Vmax = 10m/s
-Max Acceleration Amax = 50m/s2

♦Load Capacity

Track Roller is 2 row angular contact ball bearing so it can be bare loads of any direction.

which heat treatment precision shafts are inserted into. it is very an economical system because of easy

installation, compact and high precision. 

♦Easy Installation

It is easy to be installed and hold due to light and compact.

♦Adjustable Clearance

When Pre load and Zero back lash are necessary between guide rail and track roller, it is easy to adjust clearance by using an eccentric shaft.

♦Available Temperature

Temperature 20°C ~ 80°C

Standard Length & Maximum Length of Guide Rail are indicated as below and in case of over maximum length,

rails must be Combined. Special length according to customer's drawing is available.
