Structure Characteristics
1.Monobloc structrure——no any external leakage
Sealing face is located on the sealing ring not onthe valve body, thus ensuring machining precision of the sealing face, without any leaking point, true zero leakage valves
2.Streamlined Channel Design——saving for energy, environmental protection
Both valve housing and body cavity are streamlined such that full and consistent medium flow can be attained, with low pressure loss, stable flow pattern,no cavitation and low noise.
3.Unique Disc Shaft Design——No obstruction, reliable Operation
Special design for the front and rear bearings and the discshaft avoids obstruction which often occurs in the use of similarvalves, and keeps stable 'open' and 'close' operations. Meanwhile,the poor alignment of disc resulted from factor of gravity and leakagein sealing face caused by unequal loading between sealing face and disc can also be avoided.
4.Precise Spring Design——Starting and sealing at low Pressure
When disc is in closed position, spring thrust is slightly greater than the sum of disc gravity and friction between disc and the front and rear bearings. Disc can return to the seat either at low
pressure or in any installation position. And valves can be opened at low pressure, opening load is reduced and safe operation of pumps is ensured.
5.Zero leakage—traditonal check valve can not compare with axial flow check valve.
