relief valve work principle and function:

Diaphragm,spool valve to withstand the internal spring pressed to sit inside the pipe,when the system pressure exceeds pre-set pressure,the diaphragm and the valve was the top,the media and containers escape to the drain tube at the scene by adjusting the screw in the range of 0-1.0Mpa set pressure,discharge pressure is generally set higher than the system pressure 0.1-0.2Mpa,usually as close as possible to install the exit of the pump,there should be no valve between the pump and relief valve.
