AZ zirconia balls show stability against heat at room temperature since they are manufactured from raw materials in which Y2O3 is partially stabilized into ZrO2. They show higher pulverization compared to other ceramic media due to their superior characteristics such as mechanical strength, hardness, wear resistance, etc., and show extremely low levels of impurities.
