2..Length: 3.0-8.0m or according to customer’s require . We can do at most 15 meters long.

3.Process: After heating the ingot to optimum high temperature, the ingot is forged by hydraulic presses. Forging process has two major purposes which are to form the required shape and to refine grain size inside of steel ingot. It refines the grain structure and improves physical properties of the metal .

4.Delivery condition: forged, forged + rough turned, annealed, quenched + tempered .

5.Technical data: Chemical Composition, Physical Properties and Mechanical Testing according to the customer's requirement

6.Test: Ultrasonic test according to SEP 1921-84 G3 C/c
