Our core activity remains, manufacturing copper base and aluminum base alloys, centrifugal castings and finished machined bushes of non ferrous alloys to close tolerances. Centrifugal castings are preferred due to its inherent quality for gear blanks, worm wheels, bush bearings, thrust bearings, liners, short circuiting rings etc. in machine tools industry, electric motor industry & pump etc.
We have a specialized experience of handling difficult alloys like aluminium bronze, cupro nickel, aluminium tin, high lead bronze etc. We are the masters when it comes to dealing with commonly used alloys like phosphor bronze & gun metals, which are produced here as a routine.
We offer a wide range of castings having maximum O. D. of 800 mm to minimum of 25 mm.
We also offer a wide range of single casting proof machined weight, varying from 0.2 kg to 200 kg. Centrifugal Castings are used widely in applications.
