1.Before assembling, all parts should be clean, without oil

 Or grease, all burrs and sharp edges should be removed

2.Inspecting and testing conform to BS EN 12266-1:2003

1)Shell test

Covering the entrance and exit of the valve, pressing the grand tightly to make

the disc be in intermediate positions. Full filling with liquid in the shell

body to reach testing pressure 2.4MPa gradually. Inspecting for the shell

including the gland and union between the body and cap to see if there is

leakage when reaches to stipulated time 15s.

2)Seal function test

Covering the two ends of the valve to make the disc be slight opening position

and to reach to testing pressure with 0.6±0.1MPa gas in the shell body.

Releasing the pressure of one end when closing. After 15s, no leakage.
