Ceramic balls and beads are used in bearings, references (inspections).

Our ceramic products are standard, made-to-print and can be customized and used widely on different applications.  Xellatech's  principal  factories have been serving the customers in the region for about 20 years.

Over the years, ceramic materials have been improved with better thermal and toughness properties.  It has a serviceable life span of 4 to 6 times and high resistance to wear as compare with the traditional carbide tools under normal operating conditions with the down time reduced by half.  The overall cost savings to the customer was improved by about 40% or more.

Xellatech continues to work closely with our customers and suppliers to ensure that the products meeting our customers’ expectations.   Advanced and computerised high precision machines and measuring equipment were acquired and deployed over the years. 

They come in various colors and sizes.  Silicon nitride comes in black and gray colors, Zirconia and Alumina come in gray color.
