Guide wheel bearings are precision ground, double row, angular contact bearings. These bearings are pre-lubricated and available in either chrome steel or 440C stainless steel. Although the standard chrome steel version is available either sealed or shielded, the stainless steel design is available sealed only. The concentric and adjustable bushings provide a simple, effective means of adjusting the free play of the guide wheel system.

Rollers feature double row angular contact ball bearing in its internal structuredesign and a thick-walled outer ring, so rollers can accommodate higher loads.

Rollers are made of high-quality bearing steel, processed by heat treatment andprecision grind, and are filled with a long service life, high-grade and multi-purposes grease. Rollers mount the metal shield (KDD) or rubble seal (NPP) to prevent the dust. We also can provide the rollers with concentric or eccentric pivot. Some types of the rollers can be made from the corrosion resistance stainless steel.
