Production machines:

Mold Sand:  SI420T-B Rotor Sand Mixing Machine

Our main product is wet sand casting.The SI420T-B Rotar Mixing Machine , the automotive mixer equipment, ensures us an precise mix of coal fineness, bentonite, water and sand. Periodic inspections are taken by professional sand-inspecting company.

Production Line:  FBO III automatic line

FBO III automatic line from Sinto Japan. The flask size is 600*508*400(mm).The products weight rate is around :0.3kg-40kg. The capacity of this production line is 120 flasks/hour.

Melt:  Induction Furnaces

4 sets of Induction furnaces. Each melt of ductile iron will make the liquid iron as much as 800KGS, while each grey iron melt will make 500KGS of liquid iron. The daily capacity can reach 30 tons.

Shot Blasting Machine:

We owned two sets of shot blasting machine, one is crawler-type (Q3210A), another is double hook typr (Q376).

Shell Core Machine:

we have 3 sets of shell core machine at the morment.

Machining Center:

DMG 70 DMG Five-axis Maching Center

The rotating speed can reach 14,000rpm, and the speed of rapid traverse is 24m/min. It is matched with toll magazine with 16 or 30 cutter space. The designing way of cross slide carriage_ cast iron units in rin shape and lathe bed pedestal cast by plain concrete makes it possible to get most stable. manuel or numerical controlled swing work bench and the pedestal of the lathe bed serve as a whole. Their large flange diameter makes it reach high-degree rigidity and greatly improve the accuracy and surface quality.

DMG CTX510 Milling Center

It has huge cast iron lathe bed with a tilt of 45 degree and can make the lathe bed into standard type or selective type. It is adopted the hi-tach components like programmable tailstocks, digital servo drivers  , high resolution measuring system and the latest Siemens CU with 3D-software.

Inspection Machine:

Spectrometer

 Direct-Reading Spectrometer form Daojin, Japan to test bar befor pouring of each melt ,controling its elements.

Micro-Structure

To check the graphite form of the test bar after pouring.

Tensile Strenghth Tester:

It can do the mechanical properties experiments such as stretch, compression, curving and cutting on each metal and nonmetallic material. And it can record and analysis the changed date of the test bar in every time interval.

On the premise of general size detection, we have introduced Tokyo Precision Three-coordinate Measuring Machine form Japan, which Maily Used to take precise size detection of products.
