After analyzing the current market competitors’ products, Thunder BOV is designed to be fully adjustable and rebuild-able. This excellent product is made in Taiwan, using T6061 CNC aluminum. Its body has a smooth round surface and anodized with rich stylish colors.

The valve can be set up to vent out 100% to the atmosphere, or 50/50 (where 50% of the air is returned to the intake pipe and 50% is vent out) or 100% re-circulated by changing the connecting tubes or horns as the above picture showed.

Product Features:

 Combination: We prepare four different combination sets (refer to the below table) for users to choose the suitable one to fit with their cars. In the future, while users would like to remove this BOV and re-stall it into a new/different car, only need to buy the rest of optional connecting parts.

 O-Ring: Inside this BOV, there are O-rings to ensure the proper movement and prevent leakage.

 Spring: For advanced tuning, we could change the current spring to a harder one for Thunder BOV as well.
