In the production technology, the pipe adopts centrifugal casting technology, forming two kinds of metals by the fusion in the liquid state. This technology obtains a true metallurgical bonding, making the shear strength of binding layer higher than the base metal to completely achieve the mechanical complementation of base layer and wearing layer;the elbow, tee and reduced pipe adopts advanced lost-foam vacuum suction casting composite technology to effectively solve the problem of bending pipe difficult to be composited.
In the material selection, the outer wall of the pipe adopts carbon steel to ensure the high mechanical strength and impact resistance; the wear resistant inner lining adopts wear resistant alloy steel series, which is independently researched and developed by our company. The steel is added Cr-Ni-Mo-Cu-RE, by quenching and tempering heat treatment technology to achieve strong wear resistance and corrosion resistance, high mechnical strength and impact resistance (increased by 3-6 times than 16Mn seamless steel pipe).
The Characteritics of Centrifugal Casting
1. Centrifugal casting technology is that the liquid steel coagulates under the gravity condition which is several times much higher than conventional casting. It is a good solution to the casting billet internal defect. The metal has high density, good deslagging and exhausting effects.
2. The centrifugal casting pipe has high dimension precision and uniform wall thickness, which provides a favorable guarantee for the dimension precision of follow-up processed products.
3. Centrifugal casting technology has much higher flexibility to steel pipe production with small batch, multi variety and specification, high quality and high added value steel.
