resist corossion diaphragm valve(weir type)

The Lining  Diaphragm valve is a speical blobe valve with shut-off.Its open-close accessory is made of steel petal and soft material,valve inner cavity and cavity of cover ater seperated to cut-off the medium in the pipe.

Basic series are G41F46 weir type and G45F46 diaphragm valve.The characteristic are as follows.

1 Complex septum separate the lumen under part and cavity of cover.It will separate the pole of valve.Petal of valve and medium,the packing stuff are omitted.The inner leage and outer leakage are avoided simuitaneously.

2.The diaphragm made by fluoroplatic lined FEP and synthetic rubber and the valve with fluoroplastic liner are applied to all kinds of serious erosive medium except "fuse alkali metal and F element.

3.The diaphragm regard as executing element is easy cracked because of frequent start and close.Sothat it must be exchaged regularly.

4.the erosion-proof performance of fluoroplastic lined and usage temperature recommended is placed in "the fluoroplastic lined used by the valve and pipe accessory.
