2.This type of bearing consists of spherical outer race and inner race with two tracks, a cage, and a complement of spherical shaped rollers. Just like double row self aligning ball bearings too are sensitive to misalignment and they can adjust themselves to shaft deflections.
Except radial loads, these bearings can also carry combination of thrust (axial) and radial loads in double directions. These bearings are suitable for carrying heavy loads and shock loads.

3.Types :

4.Tolerance :

 supplies spherical roller beairngs with P0, P6 and P5 precision grades according to customer’s demands. All tolerance values conform to GB307.1 standard.

5.Radial Clearance :

 supplies spherical roller bearings with C2,C0, C3, C4 and C5 clearances, which all conform to the GB4604 standard. C3 clearance is taken as the standard clearance for tapered bore spherical roller bearings. C4 clearance of spherical roller bearings applied to vibration screen.

6.Cage :

Normally, these bearings can be divided into CA and C structure. CA structured spherical roller bearings adopets solid cages with the material brass, bronze, nodular cast iron, or steel. But C structured spherical roller bearings normally adorpts pressed steel cages.

7.Payment Terms:

1. 30%T/T in advance after signed the contract within 3 bank working days;

    70% T/T against the faxed oringinal B/L copy.

2. 100% irrevocable L/C at sight.

8.Delivery Time:

Generally 35-60 days after the order /confirm/iation, or as the specific order quantity.
