Material and Hardness of Bearing Rings and Balls: The rings and balls of bearings are made of refined high carbon chrome bearing steel Gcr15(AISI52100) only. The Hardness of rings and balls is HRC61~64.

MXB Bearing Tolerance can achieve: P0,P6,P5(DIN standard); or ABEC-1, ABEC-3, ABEC-5(ANSI standard)

MXB controls the Radial Clearances according to requirement: C2, C0,C3, C4 , C5 and CM

Noise and Vibration: The noise and vibration of MXB bearings are classified as Z1,Z2,Z3 and Z4, it is measured by the instrument of SO910-1; Or classied as V1,V2,V3 and V4, it is measured by the instrument of BVT.

Open, Shield, Seal and Lubrations:MXB bearings are divided into various types such as open, with single or double shields(Z,ZZ) and with seals(RS/RZ, 2RS/2RZ). When double-shield or seal bearings leave the factory, grease has been filled into them according to relative requirement. If bearings need to work under special conditions, clients should enclose grease brand and volume or any other special requirements. All types of grease are available in MXB.

Marking and Packing:MXB brand Marking(MXB and bearing number), Neutral Marking(only bearing number) or without any marking. Tube packing, industry paper rolling packing or single box packing in cartons, and in wood pallets.
