Single row and double row ball bearings are specially designed for plastic production line of computer motherboard.

Balls with PPS, PEEK or PI and glass components can be used for very high temperature applications such as tunnel-type drying furnace and high temperature sterilization.
Advantages: PI material can be up to 250 high temperature without any lubrication, although they are in a very wet or vapor environment, the bearing can still be continuing the work with ease. 

Plastic ball bearings with flange are especially suitable for installation on the conveyor belt rollers, and working more smoothly.
Advantages: As the plastic bearing structure has set aside a certain amount of tolerance gap, they can be smooth as long as the soft reduction assembly to the bearing into the drum.
