1  Long shelf life

 Long shelf life of CLSV valve benefits from its unique structure design. The relative document indicates more than 50% of solenoid valves fall failure due to the membrane sheet problem. Why the solenoid valve made in German and Japan has better quality? The answer is that they have good quality membrane sheets. based on the result of market investigation and product analysis, Wuhang Chuangli developed the oversize piloted piston solenoid valve, which the membrane sheet was taken place by the piston. The shelf life of piston is 10 times of membrane sheets, therefore,CLSV valve has 10 times longer shelf life than other solenoid valves in the market.

For CLSV valve, there is a reasonable gap between piston and cavity and this gap is a part of the piloted orifice. For traditional piston valve, the piston is sealed together with the cavity using a O-ring to block the fluid, which is a kind of friction contact, the O-ring will be worn out along with time going, in case the O-ring is worn out, the valve will fail.

Therefore, CLSV valve has much longer shelf life comparing to the traditional membrane sheet valve and piloted valve. This valve can reduce the downtime of machine which caused by the solenoid valve failure.

For the traditional valve, the piloted orifice has very small and fine diameter, long fluid path as well as a 180o elbow, which is easy to be blocked by the particles of the fluid including sediment, salt. The block issue causes the failure of solenoid valve up to 30%. The CLSV valve has oversize piloted orifices, short and straight fluid path, which is suitable for various fluids with sediment and salt ect.

the fluid only contacts the main body and o-ring of solenoid valve, which separates from the coil absolutely and avoid the corrosion and electricity leakage, which is very safe to use.
