Application:
We produce 6000 series and UC series full ceramic bearings. We also produce full ceramic bearings without retainer.

Full ceramic bearing is non-magnetic, non-conductive, wear and corrosion resistant.

It runs smoothly without oil or grease, which means nearly no maintenance is required during working. It is especially suitable for low and high temperature
usage. At present, full ceramic bearing has been applied in chemical, metallurgical,food, electronic and other industry.
Materials :

The rings and balls made of full ceramic material: ZrO2, SisN4 and Sic as a standard structure, the cage made of PTFE, GFRPA66-25, PEEK etc.

All kinds of ceramic ball bearing with the precision from P0 to P5, made of the material ZrO2, SiN4, SiC and Al2O3, etc.
