Automatic Roller Conveyor sand Blasting Machine 1211-12 is specially developed for processing of long and flat steel sheets, glass sheet. The Sheets are continuously passing through the basting Chamber on a special roller Conveyor. 1211-12 consist of a big cabinet enclosure, oscillating system, 12 automatic suction blast guns, 2 automatic blow-off guns, Elevator, Longitudinal Screw conveyor, Transverse Screw conveyor, cyclone recycle separator, reverse pulse cartridge filter dust-collector, roller conveyer system and PLC control system, etc. 12 blast automatic guns are fixed on the blast cabinet, ten swing over the top surface of sheet, another ten swing over the bottom surface of the sheet to produce a smooth, sericeous surface, bright shine appearance or to engrave on the both surfaces of sheet synchronously. Large working chamber allows more options for gun placement and more room for maintenance.
