VKD DualBlock® two way Ball Valves
 

The VKD is a True Union ball valve, particularly suitable for industrial applications, where high performances and long time reliability are a must.
The patented Seat Stop® system assures great longevity of the seals in situations where vibration or thermal expansion occurs. A micro-adjusting of the PTFE seals is also allowed.
As any accidental loosening of the ball carrier is not possible, the radial dismounting of the valve body can be done in full safety.
The new patented Dual Block® system allows a proper nut tightening, without any risk for unscrewing due to vibrations.

• Size Range from ND 10 to ND 50 (3/8” to 2”)
• Pressure rate up to 16 bar (232 psi) at 20°C (68°F)
• Ball seats in PTFE
• Seals in EPDM or FPM
• Patented Dual Block® system to avoid accidental nuts unscrewing
• Self compensation of thermal expansion and micro-adjustment of the PTFE ball seats
• Easy maintenance: quick radial dismounting from the pipeline and quick substitution of the o-rings and ball seats, without the need of any additional tool.
