l          CS500 is a self-lubricating bearing material which consists of high strength cast brass Cu65Al6Mn4FeNi Zn25 and solid lubricants.

l          Cast brass body offers excellent dimensional stability and anti-corrossion properties. For standard parts, solid lubricants are uniformly inserted into the holes and or grooves on surface of cast brass body.During initial operation, some of solid lubricants are transferred to sliding surface to provide excellent anti-friction and wear-resistance performance. As working temperature increase, solid lubricants located in holes or grooves are constantly supplied to working surface because of heat expansion caused by friction. By this way, low friction and low wear is permanently obtained during its service life.

l          CS500 bearing material provides optimum performance under high load, low speed, linear reciprocating,oscillation or intermittent motion where where oil-lubricating is not allowed or conventional oil film is hard to be formed; It is a maintenance-free bearing. Now CS500 bearings are typically used in automotive production line, hydraulic engineering , dam gate, plastic injection machines, successive casting machines, steel rollers in metallurgy industry, mineral machines, ships, turbo generators, hydraulic turbines and injection molding machines.
