BMS-1000 Automatic Can Measure System For Back End is used to measure Flange Width, Can Height & Internal Diameter of 2-pc can. It's designed by practical experience and applied to back end inspection. It can be adjusted rapidly and applicable for various can height.
The sample will rotate automaticly when measurement starts. The 3 pneumatic controled sensors will measure the sample automaticly. 50 sample points can be set at most in 1 circle. Measure results can be transferred automaticly by a RS232 cable. The instrumet has been calibrated by standard gauge. And it's equipped with micrometers imported from Japan and PLC touching screen.
