A).Application of Roller-head Extruder:
Roller-head Extruder is used for extruding plasticated rubber, master batch and final batch into sheeting, equipped with rubber internal mixer.
B).Construction features of Roller-head Extruder:
1.The screw working surface contacting with stock is plated with hard chrome. The screw inner is put through water for cooling.
2.The barrel of extruder is of cast and weld structure. The barrel inner surface contacting with material is plated with hard chrome. The barrel is bored for putting through cooling water.
3.The sheeting rolls are made of chilled cast iron. The circumference of roll is drilled for putting thought cooling water. Two ends of roll are supported by roller bearings.
4.The feeding hopper is welded with steel plate. Its inner surface is made of stainless steel.
5.The drive system adopts DC motor and provides various driving modes to meet the customer's requirements.
6.There are two groups of photoelectrical controllers or ultrasonic level indicator for measuring stock height. The speeds of screw and rolls can be adjusted through stock level feedback signals.
7.This machine has stock accumulation control device to ensure the roll speed matched with screw speed. The control modes include displacement feedback and pressure feedback.
8.The methods of adjusting the sheeting roll nip include manual, single speed motor, double-speed motor and manual/double speed motor etc. In addition, there is a displacement sensor for displaying the value of roll nip.
9.The primary electrical control system of the machine adopts advanced imported parts, so it is safe and reliable and with strong anti-interfere capability.
10.This machine is equipped with safety and alarming device.
