1. feed some nonflammable wet raw material in case of fire if the furnace is still hot : steel wires mixed in the raw materials like shredded tires,leftovers from reprocessed paper factories ,shall not over be fed,otherwise ,it may cause the machine running stops, the sufficient feeding is necessary ,intermittent feeding is adopted that is feeding continually with the materials fed before partly melting ; keep the raw materials fed enough and space inside reactor used without waste
The whole pyrolysis system is composed by 13 parts, which are reactor ,transmission device,catalytic chamber,cooling tube,heavy tank ,oil-water separator,condenser,light oil tank,safety device,vacuum system,dedusting system,draft fan,chimmey.
The keys of pyrolysis machine are reactor and cooling system.
Reactor directly decides the machine's safety and service life. It is made by welded steel plate. So the quality of welding will have a direct impact on safety and service life. Therefore, we use automatic welding machine, X-rays detection and heating treatment which will not only guarantee the quality of welding but also greatly improve working efficiency.
For cooling systems, there are two steps. Cooling pipe is the first step. The second is condenser. We have three condensers. And there are 57 pipes in one condenser. Diameter is 48mm for one small pipe. The heat exchanging area is about 13square meters for one condenser. So the total cooling area is 39 square meters, which will guarantee you a high oil yield.
vaccum system will guarantee no oil gas leak ,safety ,and environment protection and energy saving and lower the temprature for pyrolysis and save fuel while continous feeding.
The main charater :
Safety:
1. we using auto welding machine to make the reactor,which can quarrantee the quality of welding seam,avoid cracking and has a long life for about 8 years.
2. professional heating treatment and x-ray detection chamber for welding seam .
3. vacuum system to prevent oil gas be back to reactor causing accident.
4. with professional thermometer , professiona pressure gauge and safety valve.
5. It is dangerous to buning exhaust gas(C1 to C4) . In our process, it is transferred first through the safty device and a safety burning air muzzle. Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.
Environment friendly:
1.dedusting system to prevent gas and dust from coal burning
2.the exhaust gas will be recycled for heating reactor ,no gas pollution
3.well sealing on every junction parts to prevent gas leak,no smelly
Longer life :
use Q245R special steel plate ,thickness 14mm. welding seam with auto welding and will get heating treatment and x-ray detection to extend the life of reactor to the most extend.
the life will be 8 -10years
