Summary

     PCH series ring hammer crusher is a new type crushing machine, it is mostly used in crushing various brittle materials such as coal, coal gangue, coke, slag, red sandstone, shale, loosen limestone etc. The compressive strength of the material does not more than 150Mpa.,Surface water conten is less than 8%-11%. In adhesive material, surface water content should be controlled within 15%.

Working Principle

      PCH series ring hammer crusher owns the impact rotor with a special ring hammer. When the material enters into the crusher, it can be crushed by the ring hammer which is revolved by the high-speed motor, at the same time the material obtained the kinetic energy and rushed at the impact plate receiving the second crushing process, then falls on the screen sieve and be cut, extruded, and grinded by the ring hammer. At last the material up to the standard can be discharged by the machine. Uncrushable material enters into the metal collector and should be eliminated regularly.
