Detailed Information
1. Packing: Our regular packing is that the finished products are first in the plastic bags, the in the cartons, finally on the wood pallets or in the wooden cases.Of course if the customers have specifical packing requirement, we can make some adjustmnets according to your request. Usually 48 small cartons are loaded into a large wooden case.Also we can make some adjustments on the size according to the cargo quantities.

3. Manufacturing Capability:
- Production lines: We have three production lines. The first one is precision casting line. The scond one is processing line. The third one is assembly line. So this can assure our products high quality.
- Machining: We now have twenty pieces of high precision numerically controlled lathes and also thirty pieces of corollary machining equipments.500 tons of stainless steel products are made every year.We can make the products as per the international standard ,and also can develop the products as the customers’request.

- Detection means and equipments: we have a variety of measuring tools,incluing angle measuring instrument, thread precision measuring instrument, fitting angle measuring instrument, thread ring gauge and plug gauge.The tolerance range is very small.
