Well/Wellhead Control Panel

Well/Wellhead Control Panels are designed for controlling the Subsurface Safety Valves, Master Valves, Wing Valves, Choke Valves, Gas Lift Valves, and other surface valves. Wellhead Control Panels can be supplied with RTU,ESD Station, Hi/Low Pressure Pilots, Pressure and Temperature transducers, Fusible Plugs,etc, which can be customized to cusotmer's requirments.

System Design includes:  Air or Natural Gas Supply 50 to 300 PSIG 

Standard or H2S-CO2 (NACE) Service 

Hydraulic Outputs 1,000 to 20,000 PSIG Subsurface Safety Valve and Surface Safety Valves 
 

Shutdown Outputs  Remote ESD or Local Shutdown 

Fusible Plugs 
High/Low Pressure Pilot Shutdown

Design includes Hydraulic Pump which can be operated both Pneumatically or Manually

Secondly Master Surface Safety Valve 

Thirdly Wing Surface Safety Valve

All electrical and electronic controls are designed to meet Explosion Proof, Flame Proof or Intrinsically safe hazardous area requirements. All instruments are certified by international authorities such as ATEX Directive, API, and other standards.

The products are designed and manufacturered to meet most severe weather conditions at offshore, onshore and desert.
