3. Operation Principle
    Raw material of Square service valve: Copper Alloy. The opening and closing of valve depends on the gearing of valve stem with high reliability and valve body, there is no stop ring. The connecting pipe is welded with the inner pipe assembly of air conditioner outdoor. Valve nozzle, the refrigerant place, is with the function of recharging refrigerant. There are screw holes at the side of valve body through which the valve is fixed on the installing plate of the air conditioner outdoor.

4.  Functions:
    Square service valve is one kind of service valve. It is widely used in North-America. It is also an very important component in air conditioner, connecting indoor and outdoor unit, closing or opening refrigerant loop, vacuuming or recharging refrigerant.

5. Characters:
    (1)Square service valve adopts the valve stem with high reliability gearing with the valve body to keep it sealed.
    (2) Square service valve adopts the structure of necking down and no stop ring. This structure does not only keep the safety of the products, but also decrease the cost.
    (3) Valve body adopts the structure of upper circle and down square. Valve nozzle and valve body is punched together. The structure is solely owned by DunAn and has applied for patent.
