Design

The mixproof valve consists of six main subassemblies:
◊  One spherical body with branch outlets providing a variety of configurations,
◊  One-piece lower plug equipped with a pressure counterbalance,
◊  One-piece concentric upper plug (with floating seal),
◊  One single-acting main actuator incorporating an auxiliary upper plug break-away actuator,
◊  A complementary lower plug break-away module and lower plug counterbalance guard.
These elements are clamped together for good concentricity and quick removal (from DN 38 toDN 150).
Our design and high quality of manufacturing enables most of the components are fully interchangeable.
