4. The level of ultrasonic examination shall not be less than level B ;the acceptance level shall not be less than Level I.
5. 100% Hardness Test on welded joints ≯240HV10 On design Temp.
6. Charpy V-notch impact test,the average value of 3 specimen is ,the single value
7. 100% Hydrostatic Pressure Test: 63 MPa;
8. 5% Hydrostatic Pressure plus Bending Test：≥72%SMYS (longitudinal stress);
9. 100% Air Tight Test : 42 MPa;
10. 100% Holiday Test on Coatings: 1.5KV;
11. 100%Electrical Resistance Test：> 10MΩ(500V D.C.);
12. 100% Dielectric strength test: 2.5KV x 1 Min (50-60Hz A.C.);
13. 100% Measurement of DFT: ≥300μm;
14. 10%Adhesion Test for Coating and lining;
15. 100% Visual and Dimensional Check.
