Bushing is the outer wear of sliding bearing or gears and play a fixing or position part , eg , reducer was be assembled on gears , a bushing is needed to make gear located proper position and do not move during operation .

Reason for broken during operation

Bushing is possible in a deformation and diamter will be reduced 0.1-0.3mm as get a exploded extrusion and a complex mechanical force during long operation , so there is a matching gap happened betwwen bushing and core  shaft and that results in further broken of bushing .

How to repair the broken bushing ?
