Henan Dingzhu Machinery co., LTD management concept is: behavior, quality and brand. Our metallurgist Mr. Gaiming Sun had 20 years of experience in the wear-resistant part function material study field.

 The team led by Mr. Sun adopt brand new technology and have invented a self-grease heat & wear -resisting material—high phosphorus and sulfur alloy steel. 

To most kinds of steel, phosphorus and sulfur is harmful element. The increase of phosphorus content will decrease the plastic deformation and toughness of the alloy steel and finally make it cold and crispy. 

The element sulfur will affect the function of the alloy steel in the process of hot press working and forging, which means the alloy steel might become hot and crispy. But under certain circumstance, phosphorus and sulfur as alloy elements can help the alloy steel gain special function. 

Our metallurgist Mr. Sun made full use of this special function of phosphorus and sulfur 

and invented high phosphorus and sulfur alloy steel by special control of the smelting, reduction and heat treatment. This new technology breaks through the limitation of phosphorus and sulfur in the traditional technology. It adopts special micro alloy smelting and heat treatment technology and turns phosphorus and sulfur into useful elements for alloy steel. 

This new technology will not only make the high phosphorus and sulfur alloy steel feature higher tensile strength grade and heat proof performance, but also with  high antifriction function.

Features

1. Good lubricant ability and adhesive resistant ability. When the lubrication starts, the surface will liberate many kinds of substance that contains lubricant and fills the tiny pits and forms a special kind of solid lubrication film. This kind of lubrication film can replace lubricant and save the traditional lubrication system and cooling system. 

There is no need of lubricant and water, which can avoid galling and greatly save equipment and maintenance cost.

2. High heat-resistantability, long life span. There is no need of lubrication or cooling even under high temperature of Celsius 830. The life span of this product is 3-8times longer than other products.

4. Low friction coefficient.
