I. Product Overview
l SAILTOR products and performance is world advanced level intelligent non-intrusive electric actuators which can be commissioned without removing covers. Users only need to setup once at both FULLY OPEN and FULLY CLOSE positions if there is no special requirement.
l The product is composed of electromotor, gearbox, T shape screw nut as linear thruster, control box integration, manual handel, local digital display, local operation buttons etc.
l It can apply to various control valves.

II. Main Features
l Electrical control box is double-sealed enclosure largely increase the reliability and service life by avoiding damages to the circuit board if the control box is uncovered or water leaking into wiring holes.
l We isolate electrical control box from installed electromotor so that the heat from the motor does not influence the circuit. Therefore, the actuator can operate normally in relatively high temperature environment.
l Electrics double protection: The peripheral protection circuit shut off the main power when main control weak current system is malfunctioned. Therefore, it avoids damages to the actuators and the valves.
l We avoid the trouble of battery lose no matter if the power is on by removing battery in actuators; therefore, completely avoid the setup change due to manual operation under power outrage.
