Double row different diameter ball slewing bearing
Double row different diameter ball slewing bearing has three seat, steel balls and isolation blocks. It can be directly discharged into the upper and lower raceway, and arranged different top and bottom diameter balls based on force status. The assembly is very easy to open. Up and down raceway arc angle is 90 degrees, it can withstand large axial force and overturning force. When the radial force is more than 0.1 times the axial force, the raceway require special design. The axial and radial dimensions of double-row slewing bearing are large, and solid structure, especially suitable for that require above average diameter of the tower cranes, truck cranes and other handling machinery.
Slewing bearing applications
1. Wind generator
Tower and yaw bearings are installed in the junction of tower and the cockpit; pitch bearings are installed in each blade root and hub joints. Each wind turbine equipment use three sets pitch bearings and a set of yaw bearing. pitch bearing ring material select 42CrMo, treatment with the overall quenching, raceway select surface-hardening.

5. stacker-reclaimer
