The bimetallic bearing sleeve part material is a patent product, in particular a novel sectional and standard bearing sleeve material. The company mainly provides a Near Net Shape Product Material of bimetallic bearing sleeve part for various bearing sleeve processing enterprises, general machinery plants, machinery repairing plants and other enterprises. The bimetallic bearing part-shaped material can be directly converted into bearing sleeve part products for installing by only needing less machine work (Such as: chamfering, drilling, turning or pressing oil groove).
The plant manufactures bimetallic bearing sleeve material by a sintering rocking method, and the bearing sleeve material comprises the following features: 
(1) Full circular structure, favorable rigidity and maintaining precision, large relative density and convenience for achieving automatic assembly on the automatic production line;

(4) Direct production of bearing sleeve products manufactured by only less machine work (Such as: chamfering, drilling, turning or pressing oil groove) by the bimetallic bearing part-shaped material.
The bimetallic bearing sleeve material is used for replacing integral bearing sleeve with the diameter of 100 to 220 or larger size in GB/18324—2001 copper alloy integral bearing sleeve, has more obvious effects of energy and material saving and more profound social technology and economic benefits.
