The inflatable type welded bellows is composed of double layer welded bellows with inner layer and outer layer. When the flanges on the end of bellows connect other devices, the way of connection rely on contact of metal end face, the smooth finish of contact surface is less than 0.2 micrometer, the theory is to fill gas between inner layer and outer layer welded bellows,forming pressure to compel diaphragm on the end face of flange to deform slightly and connect tightly, thereby it achieves reliable sealing effect, the vacuum degree is less than 10-5pa and vacuum leaky ratio is 1×10-13Pa·m3/s. To avoid using “O” ring or other types of rubber mat sealing and other materials sealing which could lead to aging,deforming and going bad and affect quality of working for overall accelerator.
