1.Glass Bottle Washing / Rinsing System
For both returnable and not returnbale glass bottles:
1.1Automatic bottle soaker & Orbit Bottle Brushing Rinser
The soaker is for caustic submerging of bottles.It is applicable for both returnable and new bottles.The working principles are similar to the draining residue and caustic bath of big capacity bottle washers in big breweries.The processes are automatic and no labor managing is required.

The brushing rinser is for further cleaning of new or returnable glass bottles, which come from the frontal caustic soaker.Compared with single rinsing, the brushing rinsing process could reach more reliable cleaning effect for new bottles, in which some residue and dust possibly exists.
1.2Semi-Automatic Bottle Soaker & Rinser, etc
Corresponding to automatic bottle soaker and rinser, there are semi-automatic models for option.Labor work will be required to revert, transfer bottles from draining residue section to caustic submerging bath, rinsing sections, etc.On the other hand, the semi-automatic one is of lower prices than the automatic one.

Also being developed by absorbing design and technique abroad, it is very reliable, efficient and compact.The machine comprises of 2blocks for filling and crowning glass bottles.It shall be placed after the bottle washing system on the bottling line.

3.Crown Cap Sorter
-Rubber bucket elevator for caps, featuring stable running and low noise

6.Bottle Dryer
It is for removing moisture on bottles, which comes from the pasteurizer, prior to labeling process, by air knife, i.E.Blowing air onto bottles.
7.Rotary Glue Labeler or Press Labeler
It is suitable for micro breweries' small capacity.

8.Secondary packing:Shrink Wrapper Bundler or Carton Closer
The bundler is of modular structure, i.E.Separate wrapping and heat shrinking units.The bundler is not suitable for bundles packing with carton trays.Bundles of bottled beer will be collected on outlet of the bundler.The bundler is of automatic running.One operator will be required to unloading bundles of bottled beer.
