We have five foundry workshop and four mechanical process workshop. Our main foundry facility are cupolas, electric stoves, sand preparing machines, molding lines, totally up to 100 sets. In addition, we are possessed of processing equipment including all kinds of engine lathe, numerical control lathe and physical and chemical inspection sets which include universal material tester, metalloscope, defect detector, HB hardness scale and casting sand tester

We can produce casting in Green Sand and resin sand process. Manufacturing & inspection of pattern as per customer's drawing, specification with close tolerance Pouring melting metal in the sintered shell, fettling, and heat treatment and cleaning of the casting. Inspection and testing which includes 100% visual inspection, dimensional checks, non destructive examinations.
