Micron Gear
This version has the same performances as 'micron series' piston pump added with special characteristics of a gear pump. The assembly of motor-gearbox-pump garanties an equal hot-melt supply, wich is controlled by the motor rotation speed. A large number of pump-sizes and simple and twin pumps are available.
The easy access to all the components of the 'micron gear' is a big advantage in reference to others models. A double side-opening door allows a fast access to all internal components of the system.
The 'micron gear' can be equipped with Pt100 as well as with Ni120 sensor technology. Therefore it is compatible with most of the common hot-melt systems in the market. And the electronic 'meler' control provides a very effective and intuitive motor control.
