QB Multi-turn Series

The QB Series of Multi-turn operators are designed with customer stocking in mind, and features a removable output sleeve to facilitate spindle machining. The shape is in curve and it can fit other components with great outwards appearance and the surface treatment is environmental friendly as well as with the industrial standard. The size of input shaft is available according to client’s request and output shaft is easy to install and remove, which is quite flexible to get the thread you want.

Operating temperature normally ranges from -40 to +120°C, although other temperature ranges are available on request. Standard input (for actuation purposes) and output flanges are to ISO 5211 standard.

Applications

Hong-Jing Gears Series QB operators are Multi-turn devices intended for the operation of gate, globe, sluice and penstock valves. These gearboxes are suitable for manual and motorized applications.
