Description
Type CSK is a sprag type freewheelintegrated into a 62 series ball bearing (except sizes 8 and 40). It is bearingsupported, delivered grease lubricated and protected against dust of more than0,3mm. The use of additional "nylos" type seals is recommendedespecially when the working temperature exceeds 50°C.
Oil bath lubrication is also possible.
All the CSK versions are equipped with"Formchromed" sprags. The process increases several times theoverrunning life time.
Torque transmission is ensured by a pressfit assembly into a rigid outer housing with N6 tolerance, and onto a shaftwith n6 tolerance. The initial bearing radial clearance is set at C5, and isred-uced if using the press fit as specified.

One-waybearing is free to rotate in one direction, while in the other direction on abearing locked. One-way bearings inside the metal shell that contains lots ofroller, needle or ball, and the rolling seat (hole) shape so that it can onlyscroll in one direction, while in the other direction will have greatresistance
1.Surface and Harness: The races of freewheel clutches and roller bearing must behardened and ground. The hardening depth for surface hardness must be>=1.3mm for transmitting full torque moments.
2.Freewheel clutch and roller bearing require a collar, ring or snap ring(roundedge towards free-wheel clutch)as a guide.
3. Forease of mounting; shaft and bore should have a chamfered edge.
