a) methods:
carbide, carbide and nitride, quenching by pressure, bright heat treating, normalizing,
anneal, quenching, thermal refining, quenching at surface during high/middle frequency,
nitride, aging, straightening, shot blasting etc.
b) facilities
(1) Unicase carbide heat treatment production line, heat area dimension
1200x600X600 mm, Japan made, brand Unicase.
(2) Gleason quenching machine for workpiece with max. dia. 267 mm and max.
height 102 mm, the treatment is quenching by pressure, USA made, brand Gleason.
(3) Well-type resistance furnace: 70 KW, heat area dia. 600x400 mm.
(4) Truck-loading furnace: 90 KW, heat area 1800x900X600.
(5) High frequency quenching equipment: 30 KW, workpiece dia. 400x1500 mm.
(6) High frequency quenching equipment: 200 KW, workpiece dia. 400x1500 mm
(7) Middle frequency quenching equipment: 100 KW.
(8) Immersed salt bath furnace: 100 KW.
