The developed company technology allows full recovery of the profile of cogs after their wear resulting from exploitation.
  There is possibility for partial or general wear of broken cogs.
  Surfaced welding is done in an electric arc way through electrodes or semi automatic through wire upon full before repair defectoscopic control for defects /pores, cracks etc../.
  Possibility is given for choice of the hardness of surface layer of 30-43 HRC.


  Through a specially made portable machine tool grinding is performed of the cog profile towards its module and geometry which eliminates the expensive operation on cog - cutting.
  For application of the technology, there is no limitation in dimensions of gear wheels and crown - wheels.
  The company disposes of mobile group which performs recovery and grinding of borken off and defected cogs in place.
